This photo is so detailed. The colours are strong particularly the eyes which are really vibrant. The texture of the hairs on the spider's face has also been captured. I like that the face is the only section of the spider in focus. This is a really interesting yet difficult to capture shot.
I really like how even the tiny little threads that are loose from the string are visible. The pattern of the string has been captured well. I also like the focus, having just the top part of the thread and needle being in focus.
I really like the lines of the veins captured and the pattern. I like the way the lines move the viewers eyes around the leaf. The detail is very precise and the leaf is well lit.
I like the contrast between the colours. I also like how the individual specs of the pollen have been captured. The focus is also interesting as only the pollon stems are in focus rather than the entire flower.
I really like the that the photographer was able to capture tiny details such as the little hairs on the leaf. I Wish the depth of field was a tiny bit wider because the back of the lady bug is a bit out of focus. However the glossy texture of the ladybug's underside has been captured.
I really like how well the macro lens has captured the texture, shape and pattern of the lizard's scale. The background is simple and not distracting which draws attention to the lizard. The subject is well lit, however it could be improved by lightening the right side of the top picture.
