Acknowledge your thoughts. How do these thoughts make you feel?  Do you believe and act on all your thoughts?   Try to be aware of your thoughts.  It is amazing how powerful thoughts can be.   If you notice some of your thoughts are unhelpful try distancing yourself from them and focus on the helpful ones.   The helpful thoughts are the ones that inspire you to implement positive health promoting behaviors.  What do you notice about your thoughts?
