Egg Boats. These egg boats are a new breakfast favorite because they literally take less than five minutes to prep. Sourdough baguettes filled with sausage, eggs and lots of cheese, wrap in foil and heat over campfire until hot and toasty... so so good! - ruggedthug

Campfire Orange Cakes
Bake a Campfire Cake in an Orange- Cut the tops off oranges & scoop out the fruit. Fill each orange just past halfway with prepared cake mix. Put the tops back on & wrap in foil. Set the oranges in the campfire coals for 20 minutes. The cake bakes right in the oranges and is very moist with a tinge of orange flavor.
Omelette in a Bag
Omelette in a Bag. We make these EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we go camping. They are SO good-- nothing tastes better after a long night of being cold and hungry. The kids love them because they can make them however they want and I love them because clean-up is virtually non-existent! You just can't lose with these. Also great for REUNIONS! You can whip up big batches at one time!
