Determining the Main Idea, Task Cards and Assessment Option

8 passafes and students determine the main idea. The practice is leveled so that one set of the reading passages has multiple choice answers and the other set of task cards are free response (students must decide on the main idea independently).

I would love to do this on a student teacher's last day. I think it would be super sweet and encouraging way for the kids to say goodbye
