I suffered from horrible shin splints when I played soccer, attributed to all of the running I did(I was a midfield and forward and played lacrosse and ran cross country, in addition) Now I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis, yikes. Great guide to running. #soccerinfographic
Running teaches me so much! This in particular, that I AM Capable of So much more than I ever imagined. So true! I completed a goal of mine to be able to run 3 miles and I can do that now :) it feels so good to know I worked hard :)
