The 3 sauces at the end are questionable, but the rest are necessities of life; I marinate the chicken in the buttermilk overnight in the fridge. Don't stack the pieces in the (iron) skillet until it's crispy. And it takes longer than 10 minutes to cook. Once it's nice and crispy, put a lid on it, turn down the heat, and let it simmer for 20 minutes or so.
