Fat versus muscle.  Fat weighs less but takes up more space, muscle weight more but takes up less space.  Think of two piles, a pound of feathers versus a pound of steel BBs.  Be a body of steel. Lift weights.  You will weigh heavier, but you will be leaner and small in volume than your feathered friends.

fat and muscle ratio. - muscle does not "weigh more than fat". A pound is a pound the world around. But the same pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. I have to remember this.
