Her countless compositions included "And When I Die", "Stoned Soul Picnic", "Stoney End", "Sweet Blindness", "Wedding Bell Blues" and "Eli's Comin".

Born Laura Nigro, she was a singer-pianist most noted for her many innovative pop music.
