  • 1 bunch 500g swiss chard
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 1 Jalapeno
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, raw
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil, hot
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil, dark toasted
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, raw
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds, raw
Dairy
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil or ghee, extra virgin
