Fastnet lighthouse, southern coast of County Cork most southerly point of Ireland

Thomas H. Orcutt, a veteran sea captain from Sedgwick, Maine, was keeper of Maine's Wood Island Lighthouse from 1886 until his death in 1905. Keeper Thomas Orcutt’s dog, Sailor, a mostly-black mongrel (described as a Scotch Collie in one article), was taken to the island as a two-month-old puppy and went on to achieve wide fame. Back at this lighthouse, the first puzzle is a series of bells, needing to be rung in a particular order to open a door. Earlier, I had found a card with instructions on how to ring the bells. I am a little disappointed when, unprompted, Booker – not I – produces the card and holds it level with the puzzle. I had hoped the player, rather than the character, was going to have to remember it.
