I love blackened chicken. I make a mean blackened chicken alfredo dish. Being that I’ve been on a major chicken wing kick lately (ever since discovering dry wings), I wanted to get that great blackened seasoning flavor on a wing.
This spice blend is PERFECT to use when your recipe calls for 'Old Bay Seasoning', but you don't have any! I've used this many times and I love it! These are ingredients that you probably already have in your spice cabinet!
