I love this dish. So creamy and delicious. I cant remember where I got this recipe from. It is the one I turn to all the time. I have the ceramic scallop shells for this dish. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the sauce
I dont recall where I got this excellent recipe, but have been making it for special occasions for 25 years! Easy to put together, and very elegant served with rice pilaf and a green salad for company. I like to serve this in prepared scallop shells.
