Sunday's sandwich started as a BLT but ended up a BELT. A toasted croissant with melted extra-old cheddar cheese, vine ripened tomatoes, baby arugula, thick cut bacon, runny eggs, pepper flakes and roquette shoots. Enjoy the day everyone!!! @zimmysnook
Hard to beat the taste of a fresh buttery croissant to start the weekend. Mine was stacked with lettuce, tomatoes, ham, avocado and sprouts, finished with grainy mustard, then topped with an egg. Hope you too get to enjoy #NationalCroissantDay @zimmysnook

It's been a busy but very positive couple of weeks. got up this morning and the fridge was a little bare. So, emptied out the veggie drawer into some scrambled eggs and enjoyed mini croissant sandwiches. Have an awesome day!
