I think papillote, a french caffe, offers an excellent service. I like the fact that the owners are very involved in the actual store, interacting with the clients, and working as employees. I also like the fact that they offer the alternative of fresh and prepared food to go, giving the client the option to eat a product of a good quality even if they are limited to time constrains.
My air conditioner damaged. Nevertheless, I am very lucky to have a very nice landowner, who immediately offered to stop by my house and fix it. He was there in less than ten minutes and did an awesome job solving the problem. I really like the service I receive from him.
I usually buy all of my materials at Exlibris bookstore, I would rank their service as neutral, they have a good variety of supplies, but sometimes it is hard to find them. For me the only reason to return there every time I need to buy art supplies is the fact that the store is located close to my house.
I was very impressed with the overall services of the rock and roll marathon. I thought the event was very well organized and planed. I specially liked the continuos hydration points that they had throughout the race and the recovery snack that they offered in the end.
I went to the postal office and I did not like the service. First I thought the hours in which it is open are very limited. Second there was only one employee and a very long line. I had to wait about 10 minutes to buy a set of envelopes.
On Saturday I went to Back in the Day Bakery for lunch. I ate a turkey sandwich and lemon cake. Although the service in the place and the food at the moment I ate it was good. I had an overall bad experience because the food left me filling very thirsty all day long. I drank about 4 bottles of water after that. This ruined everything for me.
I was not pleased with the service when I went grocery shopping to Kroger. When I was ready to check out an employee did not let me go through the auto-self check out which has about 5 registers, and all of them where empty, but instead made me go through the regular registers which all had a line.
On Thursday I went to SCAD Jen library, looking for a book I wanted to reference for a weaving project. I really liked the service I received during my visit. The librarian helped me find the Fibers section, and she recommended me books, she had an active attitude and seemed to be enjoying her work.
I went to wild fiber a store in liberty st. to buy a yarn for my fiber basketry project. I did not liked the service because I explained to the store assistance what I was making and she advised me to get this yarn, which turned out to not be the appropriate material and I was not able to use it.
I went to creative approach to print a project. I did not liked the service because although the place was empty and two employees where on duty, they took a very long time to help me. The quality of the print was not very good either.
I received a bad service when I went for lunch on Saturday to Tybee North Beach Bar and Grill. The restaurant only had 4 dishes available of the entire menu, the hamburgers' meat which we had asked to be cooked at medium, where all well done and the waitress took a very long time to take the order. We where all very unsatisfied with the service.
I received a good service when I went to Fabrika to buy supplies for my fiber class. The saleswoman was very helpful and she gave me advice on what to buy. She also seemed very knowledgeable about the products in the store and made me feel welcomed.
I was not pleased when I order some products through amazon, what I disliked was that when I proceed through the check out process the bill appeared with a different shipping rate that what they actually after charged me with.
