Dia de los Muertos crafts @Rachel Morgan  No instructions that I saw, but I can figure this out.  Very cool.

Even if you don't celebrate Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, try creating these Spectral Skeleton Masks for the holiday. It is an incredibly fun holiday to celebrate. The whole family will have a blast with these Halloween kids' activities.
