.Chili Pepper Water.Thai Peppers 1 C White Vinegar, 1 1/2 C Water. 3 T Coarse .Salt. Bring to a boil,cut slits into 12 peppers and add.about 3-4 cloves Garlic .about a Tablespoon worth) of Ginger .in long necked bottle. Use a funnel, Pour .hot liquid .1/4 inch from the top.Cap bottle place it in a cool to room temperature area to "ripen". You can use next day however let bottle sit till peppers sink.
