Clean Eating Food Swaps!!! Great start! I try to buy organic when I can afford it! I only buy maple or table syrup & I have switched to half & half already! I use coconut oil for my skin but want to start using it solely in my cooking! AND I use butter! That should be everyone's FIRST swap!
