Ingredients 1 pound of chicken thighs boneless/skinless cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 medium onion 3 carrots 2 cloves of gar. -- I think I would fry the raw rice in the chicken fat a few minutes before adding the water.
didn't use carrots or garlic bc I didn't have it but it was still good
