We ate asparagus risotto several times and loved it.  I think I'll add some ricotta cheese, like one version of it from Italy.  And no quail eggs.  Yikes!

Tried Rutabaga for the first time tonight & these were AWESOME!  I just used sea salt (no Mrs. Dash)... I think I'll try some paprika next time - SO GOOD!
