Panzer factory continues producing tanks in 1944. Here, the turret is lowered on the chassis, with two mechanics, one of them in a fedora hat, fine tuning the installation apparently moving this super heavy slab of steel by hand. Despite massive damage because of Allied bombing, German heavy industry, under the prodding of Albert Speer, continued to produce heavy weapons until the very last days of the war.
