I really love having an hour long lunch because it gives me time to run home, refresh and make a good meal on my lunch break. This is 2 eggs 1 piece of wheat toast and one avacado. I cooked the toast hole in one style with one egg and then I cooked the other egg into a sliced avocado also hole in one style and then start on top of the toast I seasoned with salt pepper rosemary a little bit of sage and garlic. It is delightful tasting and really help cheer me up for the rest of my shift♡
