I'm finding this to be so true!!!   Start and don't stop

The hardest thing about exercise is to start doing it. Once you are doing exercise regularly, the hardest thing is to stop. So true x

You will not miss your food as much a your mind will make you think....the first time you slip in those pants and you don't have to jump to pull them up or lay down to zip them up or even bend and stretch so you can move.....it will be worth it!!!
