Curtiss Warhawk - the plane renowned for it's duty flights in China with the Flying Tigers squadron. The Warhawk was used by most Allied powers during World War II, and remained in frontline service until the end of the war.
"Fork-tailed Devil" to the Germans - the Lockheed Lightning, my favorite fighter from World War II. America's highest scoring ace, Richard Ira Bong, flew his to 40 kills. Yeager was pretty good in this plane also.

Ukrainian Antonov a massive monster, It is powered by six turbofan engines and is the largest airplane in the world; it is the heaviest aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of 640 tonnes. Saw it at the Paris Air Show in 1989
