Every great party starts with a gorgeous green arugula salad...dressed in the finest extra virgin olive oil and vinegar vinaigrette @goldenislesoliveoil and decorated with pomegranate arils toasted sliced almonds and crumbled goat cheese.  As they say even though my team lost I still feel good about that dang salad I ate. As quoted by Chef Megan as her home team forgot to heed her salad advice. @vikings
