Bravo Board- week winner is the "Bravo Table" that gets a small trophy on their desk for the whole next week. I like the emphasis on group cooperation/teamwork. Table point revision next year?

Good instructional design involves an analysis of the learner. We should ask, "Does this instructional design match my students' learning styles"? Use this infographic to reflect on various learning styles.

Light Circuits: Depending on the grade level of the students, you can have them build a very simple circuit or a very complex circuit with both series and parallel circuits combined.  For my students I have them use file folders in order to design and build a series on one side, then a parallel on the other with certain parameters for the switches.  The students have an amazing time and there is always 100% participation and together we saved those lights from a trip to the landfill!

Warning Cards (A Classroom Management Tool!)--Another nonverbal teacher warning tool. This one seems more visually arresting/alarming than the other one I pinned below. (That yellow dude looks really mad.)

Don't interrupt other students when a student needs a warning. Simply walk over and place this card on their desk and walk away! A silent reminder that they need to correct their behavior before further action in taken.
