Touchdown in Nashville!! Dropped my bags at the hotel & now I'm on the shuttle to head downtown for registration!! ... Then off to the CORE to shop for my team!!! ... It's so much fun to reward them for their incredible coaching!

When you're up at 4:45am for super workout have workshops and speakers from 9-5... You rely on the healthiest pick-me up Shakeology!! ... Even though this is a Beachbody summit getting all of my fruits veggies & proteins in have been tough! Grateful for the Shakeology bars stationed around the MCC so I can get this crazy amazing meal! Chocolate vegan shakeology almond milk strawberries ice & shakeology focus boost!  gotta have my daily dose of dense nutrition!

Starting my day off with some PiYO drench --- who says a low impact workout won't make you sweat?! ummmm ... NEWS FLASH PiYO drench is named that for a reason! Love this program and how it makes my body feel.  Now time to get ready for Sunday Funday with the kids & hubby. I always get my workout in "before" I get on with my day so that way I know I've gotten it in AND most importantly I can feed off the positive vibes and energy ALL. DAY. LONG

21 Day Fix Extreme DAY 2... we went on Family Adventure day and i packed my food. It's the ONLY way I can stay on track. So yesterday I baked all of the Tempeh for the next few days (which was A LOT!!! Bikini Comp Countdown carb cycles and on a day with low carbs it has 7 servings of protein!). As a vegan I don't eat a lot of Tofu it just doesn't agree with my digestive system so Tempeh is my Go-TO. This recipe is one of my favs which includes Liquid Aminos! love love love!

Post chisel cardio workout and THAT. FEELS. AWESOME. Back at the weights and feeling it! It's amazing how the body responds to change. I feared change for YEARS. I was a cardio junkie and run run run. No weights ever entered my workout routine. But I've come to realize how important it is to give your body variety and stop over working it with just cardio. TGIF! #itstheweekend
