Extra firm tofu tossed in barbecue sauce, baked in the oven with baby potatoes. I put a little more barbecue sauce on for tomorrow's lunch for a bit more flavour. Sides are most of a baby tomato and the last of my cheesy green beans.

Replace peppers with tomato and cucumber slices. Replace broccoli with carrot strips and hummus.

Cabbage over Rice. Pictured: stir-fried or grilled cabbage, brown basmati rice, french baguette, butter, and fresh organic strawberries. I'd use hummus instead of butter but that's just me.
