I've been a pt for almost 7 and met a wide range of people from all different backgrounds... This morning I got to do some #boxing with Barb who just over 8 weeks ago spent 14 days trekking  the larapinta for 223 kilometres which she said is "the hardest thing I've ever done"  coming from a lady who last week was convincing me to climb Everest base camp and she has done it several times plus a heap of others...pretty impressive considering she is 67 and showing no signs of slowing down…
