Cinnamon Pancake Casserole. Double recipe from the book pg 223, add more THM sweet blend (I did 4 tsp do 5 or 6 if you want it sweeter), 1/2 tsp of caramel & almond extract, 1 tsp of salt. Pour half into a oiled 9x13 pan, mix 1/3 cup cinn. & 2 tsp THM Sweet Blend, sprinkle half on the first layer, pour the batter on that, sprinkle the rest of the cinn. on top. Swirl a knife thru. Bake 350 degrees for 30. I topped individual pieces with sweetened Greek Yogurt, caramel extract & THM Sweet…

Bake at 350 in prepared dish until oatmeal is set (20-40 minutes, depending on your oven)
