I watched one of my evil counterparts run his circuit session & noticed people outside the classroom looking in. I asked them why don't they jump in....one answered that she wanted to but was scared to. Understandable. New things can be scary at times. Just remember new things will seem awkward at first, but it will become easier. What was once an intense workout will one day become your warm up. Focus on improving each day, not in the fear it brings.... Work it....Live it....OWN IT!!!
Happy Tuesday all! The fitness journey is one you have to take one day at a time. But this doesn't mean you have to just dive in without planning. From the meal preparations to the workouts, it helps to have an idea of what you're going to do & to have a backup plan in case life's little hiccups come around. I never said it would be an easy A to Z thing, but it is a possible thing to accomplish. Work it....Live it....OWN IT!!!!
How many times are you working out and you say to yourself "oh man, my muscles are sore! Guess it's time to stop working out!" Guess what....it's not. Your mind is conditioned over the years that when you feel a certain amount of pain it's time to "stop". Do what I do, shake it off. Tell yourself to go one more rep, one more set. Strengthen your thinking....your body will gladly follow. Work it....Live it....OWN IT!!!! #getprecisionfit
