How hard do you push yourself when you work out? Do you get to the point where you ask yourself "why in the world am I DOING this to myself?!?" If you have, you've learned a valuable lesson. The pain is a reminder that your muscles are aching, with each & every rep...but it's also a sign that you're building the new & improved you. A healthier you. A STRONGER you. Keep going....before you know you'll achieve the greatness that you're working towards Work it....Live it.....OWN IT!!!!
