Do you practice self care every day? Do you ask yourself what your soul/heart/body needs and then fulfill the request? I have a hard time sometimes with listening to my body, but I'm working on that self care aspect of my life.
Alot of people think I should give up and move on with my life for being treated wrong a time or two. But forgiveness is key. I have a big heart and am willing to forgive and give second chances. yes it may be a risk, but i& willing to take it!
I feel this way often! Missing someone isn't about how long it has been since you've seen them or the amount of time since you've talked. It's about that very moment when you're doing something and wishing they were right there with you.
