This Saturday, the Christ School varsity baseball, lacrosse, and tennis will all host first-round 3A playoff games.  Baseball will host Cary Academy at 11:00 a.m., tennis will host Charlotte Latin at 1:00 p.m. and lacrosse will host Forsyth Country Day at 3:00 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students (free for children under 8 years old).   Please join us at Christ School this weekend to support our teams in the playoffs - they have all had a great season!

The #HabitatForHumanity Student Build Project came to a completion on October 4, 2013 - after thousands of hours of labor and over a year of fundraising.

in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Christ School students embarked on the 4th Annual Day of Service, with each grade level volunteering with different organizations. The Citizen-Times also took a few photos, and even featured the Greenies on the front page of the newspaper. On October 4, members of the Christ School, Asheville Christian Academy, and Habitat communities gathered on October 4 for the final celebration of the Habitat Student Build - the ceremonial passing of the key to home owner Tammy Haynie.  Many thanks again to everyone who helped make this tremendous undertaking a reality for our schools and for Tammy!

Last Friday the Greenies won the first round of the NCISAA playoffs 38-8. This Friday, November 15, the Greenies will play against Harrells Christian Academy for the second round of the playoffs at 6:30 p.m.   If you live near Harrells, NC, head out to HCA to help cheer for the Greenies! Conrad Ma '15 was recently featured on Fox Carolina News for his unusual skill: beatboxing! The founder of Christ School's Hip Hop Club and talented international student has been developing his love of music by sharing it with others through service. On a recent trip to New York he worked with the non-profit organization Music Unites. He also had the honor of meeting and working with New York City Symphony Conductor and Composer Mr. David Eaton
