Scandinavian Tortoise Fibula, ca. either Viking Era (AD VIII-XI) or Late Iron Age (AD XI-XIII). From a metal detecting find in northern Russia, "site of the 16th century village on the shores of Ladoga lake in Karelian Isthmus" [My note: Viking Age ~780 to ~1066 CE. Iron Age was prior to it.
