Just made several batches of these pickled onions and yes they were a success.

English pickled onions, a popular British snack. Pearl onions are pickled in malt vinegar, herbs, spices and sugar.

Good carbs like whole grains are great for energy. Portion control is important if trying to lose weight. Always eat with LOTS of veggies!
