For National Cheeseburger Day, we switched things up by choosing different cheeses! Blue cheese, a cave-aged cheddar, and a habanero Havarti made for some delicious combinations. What have you tried on yours lately?

Today we did a Strawberry Champagne Cheddar, Montamore (sweet, fruity cheese), a hard Italian with Espresso, Roquefort (Goat blue), Pumpkin Spice Goat Cheese, and fresh Carambola (Star Fruit!) We also had hot Earl Grey tea and cookies to top the afternoon off.

Who wants the same, boring old grilled cheese every time? Not us, so we came up with a different flavor this week! Strawberry, basil, and brie with a balsamic reduction drizzled in between two slices of sour dough. Pure. Heaven.
