If you get pain on the inside of your knee, check your hip internal rotation mobility. My nemesis. I seem to have sorted out my once poor shoulder internal rotation and the hips are taking a bit more convinving. This has become my favourite drill, usually as a warm-up pre-surf or pre-training to get my hips moving better.
