If you get pain on the inside of your knee, check your hip internal rotation mobility. My nemesis. I seem to have sorted out my once poor shoulder internal rotation and the hips are taking a bit more convinving. This has become my favourite drill, usually as a warm-up pre-surf or pre-training to get my hips moving better. Subtle technique points are taught on my website michelledrielsma.com  post your fav drill and tag @sydneystrengthconditioning

Spring took a lil while but it has definitely now sprung in Sydney. Get ready for summer by... ~Get enough rest ~Drink good quality water ~Eat whole, fresh food ~Eat mindfully ~Sit on your ass a bit less, schedule time to move around ~Choose physical activities that you enjoy and will stick to. For example, if you hate bootcamp with a passion, try hiking, surfing, dancing, bike-riding or kicking around a ball with your kids. ~Be patient and keep going 👊 #sydneystrengthconditioning #fluid
