Oh yes breakfast was simply amazing today! Coconut "porridge" (not an oat in sight!) topped with blueberries and almond cashew and walnuts. Seriously wow my favourite breakfast so far! Going to see if I can share the recipe with you guys because hot damn it's soooooo delicious and really filling. Perfect brekky!

Breakfast = coconut porridge raspberries blueberries walnuts slivered almonds and Greek yogurt  Lunch = left over chicken leek casserole and mash veges  Dinner = fish and prawn pie topped with mash kumara.  Also had a couple of paleo chocolates for dessert and a sneaky wine or 2 as we had company tonight! All on all a fab day  #10weekchallenge #10weekchallengenz

Happy Monday! And it's a pretty fantastic Monday here in NZ cause its Waitangi day a public holiday and so the bloke and the big kid are home which is rather nice. Breakfast was coconut porridge with berries and pecan nuts yum and the baby is a big fan too  #10weekchallengenz

Happy Monday lovelies! Sorry I have been a bit quiet on it but to be honest I have fallen off the wagon a little. Not like completely swimming neck deep in double cheeseburgers and BBQ sauce off the wagon I've just been very lenient with little bits and pieces of junk food which  worming it's way into my diet. Not feeling great about it but also not gonna beat myself up I'm only human I've been busy and stressed and it's been "that time of the month" and so really what more could I expect?…

Beautiful bowl of #10WC granola with lots of extra lemony goodness in there. I topped it all with a coconut yogurt and berry mix. Absolutely delish

Ok I need to work on presentation as this doesn't look so flash but it was delicious! Oats, blueberries, a wee blob of peanut butter and if jam. A sprinkling of shredded coconut and chia seeds with a lil splash of oat and almond milk. So good! #healthyeating #breakfast #weightlossjourney #lovefamilyliving #looksgrosstastesamazing
