Passion Fruit with soufflé with caramelised pear-passion sauce
I got the recipes online but I don't remember where. Buttery peach cobbler with cinnamon cooling slightly before the cool whip is added. Directions for 4 ramekins: (batter)1/2 cup each of sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Melt a tablespoon of butter in each ramekin in the oven while mixing the batter. Fill each ram to 1/2 full then finish with fruit of choice. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. WOOHOO!!

Caramelized peach cobbler with whipped cream. Found this recipe through someone I follow. I changed the recipe slightly by caramelizing the peaches in a little brown sugar, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon before putting them into ramekins and topping.
