At one point and time we have all been stressed and anxious feeling. What is it like when this is a common, reoccurring problem for someone? For example how does it feel to have an anxiety disorder? For me, it's important to be self-aware of my feelings and to realize that if I reach a point where my anxiety is reoccurring and no longer manageable that I should seek professional help. Therapists have to be able to help distinguish normal anxiety from anxiety disorders.
