Raw food Pumpkin pie!  Almond cheese, tofu, pumpkin from can and sweetener of choice in blend tec until the consistency of choice and tasty!  (I used coconut nectar).  Add cinnamon and nutmeg if you'd like!  I sprinkled leftover crust on top and then put in the fridge to cool! I loved this healthy easy pie!

Raw food crusts are extremely easy and healthy.  Take any nut, seed, grain and blendtec it.  Add a sticky something to hold it together (dates, coconut nectar, coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, or water works too!  Depending on your mixture you may not need to add anything as the natural nut oils do the job.  Here I used almond meal, macadamia nuts, hemp seed and dates. Then add your filling (here healthy pumpkin filling in the way) and then stick it in the fridge for a breeze and enjoy…

Cut sweet potatoes (I used crinkle chopper from pampered chef) and fry in a couple tablespoons of coconut oil! Add Salt! cut them thinner and you have sweet potato chips.  Add cinnamon and sweetener for sweet chips!

I make these all the time and they are wonderful and filling. Add 3/4 cup of quick oats (more or less depending on the desired texture), a cup or so of milk, a banana, and about two ice cubes. I will often add peanut butter as well, and it may also be good to add a scoop of protein powder. Grind thoroughly (less thoroughly if you want chunkier oatmeal).
