Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa:    I added garlic and onions which gave it some extra flavor.  Dice desired amount (I did two cloves garlic and a tablespoon onion).  Add small amount of olive oil to pan and saute onions and garlic until browned, before recipe.  Add quinoa to absorb the oil, stirring constantly, and then add broth.  Follow recipe after that.
