My goal for my week 6 food log was to get more dairy and I achieved that by drinking a glass of milk with my breakfast everyday. My new goal for next week is to get more fruit in my meals. The way I will do this is by putting at least one kind of fruit in my lunch each day.

Week 11: Goal: This week I successfully had lots of ev. Wait, no I didn't. I had lots and lots of grains, veggies, and fruit. But barley any protein and 1% dairy. This week I will eat more protein by convincing m mom to let me make Chicken Marsala for dinner. To get more dairy I'm going to have a cheese stick or a Babybel for an after school snack.

Food log week 3: This week, I didn´t eat enough food. For next week, I can try to keep track of it during the day and have the right amount of food that I need for that week. I can also try to eat more when I´m hungry, but not too much, so I can have the right amount. In conclusion, I will try to eat more of each food group.
