  • 1/4 cup Basil, fresh
  • 1 cup Broccoli floret
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Corn, canned kernel
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 cup Sugar snap peas or 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini or 1 medium summer squash, medium
Canned Goods
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Butter or 2 teaspoons margarine
Pasta & Grains
  • 12 oz Spaghetti or 12 ounces whole wheat spaghetti or 12 ounces linguine, regular
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
  • 1 tbsp Flour
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Skim milk
