Filmmaking 101 - Use clone drives

It's best to keep your media files on one drive that can be offloaded to a long term storage archive. This editing drive can be cloned using free software to create a copy of all of the files it contains. If your drive fails in the middle of an edit, you can get your project up and running in a few minutes as opposed to losing your work.
