This sounds great! 7 layer dip Mediterranean Layer Dip Spread-Hummus across bottom of shallow dish. Layer with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted red peppers Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with whole grain pita chips.

I'm repinning this because I made this tonight. OMG. It is beyond good. However, I have a confession to make: I accidentally put a few more ounces of Gruyere than the recipe calls for, AND I added 4oz of Philly cream cheese. Just because I could. And it is amazing. I served it w/toasted baguette slices and blanched broccoli.
