LOVE this salmon, but I have adapted it and improved it. Seriously, Martha,  mine is better.  Use seasoned Panko crumbs instead of fresh bread crumbs and parsely, and mix dijon with 2 tbsp on light sour cream to mellow out the mustard flavor.  Bake for 11 - 13 minutes.  So easy but tastes like you did a lot of work. Yum
