Our cashew dill cheese is the perfect alternative to dairy cheese. It’s creamy texture and aromatic dill taste offers a superior fermented cheese that is also brimming with health properties. Cashews are a wonderful source of healthy fats and antioxidants and a good source of calcium and magnesium

The very first product to grace the Peace, Love and Vegetables company was our Dill Superkraut. A little more traditional in its nature, the dill kraut is a gentle yet flavorsome combination of cabbage, dill and caraway seeds, offering a kraut that is high in calcium, iron, vitamins, magnesium and antioxidants.
Our unique carrot kraut was developed for people who are unable to tolerate cabbage in their diet, including people who are on a FODMAPS diet that cannot tolerate a certain collection of naturally occurring molecules found in many foods. The carrot kraut is a simple yet tasty combination of carrot, ginger, cinnamon, pepitas and sea salt.
