NEW STARTER - Elliot Knox Growing up in a steel-working town, mechanical engineering was the starting point for Elliot. As a high achiever, he continued to explore other adventurous avenues such as flying planes for the Royal Australian Navy, owning his own Boost Juice business, building two houses, and in his spare time restoring motorcycles such as his Triumph Bonneville and BMW K100.
