This birthday banner is just part of our party package featuring the classic storybook character, Spot the Dog! Each circle is approximately 5.5" and made of premium card stock. Length is determined by word length and letter spacing. Letters are double matted and made to look as if raised off the page. The banner is strung with tule, but can also be tied with ribbon.
