William Ewart Hart - One of Australia's First Aviators
William Ewart Hart, was one of Australia's first aviators. Born in Parramatta, NSW, April 20, 1885, William was a dentist who lived in Penrith NSW. On 3 November 1911 he made the first successful flight from Penrith to Parramatta, an estimated 19 miles.
